Prepaid Support Hours are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase and would give your business priority when booking an engineer visit.
They form the ideal solution for any business that does not want to be committed to an expensive maintenance contract...
But needs the reassurance of knowing that its IT support requirements are in the hands of a professional company.
If you prepaid on a yearly bases you will pay for 20 hours IT support which also as a 20% discount and if you do not use all the hours within that year the will roll over to the next year and at that point you will only need to pay the amount to make it back to 20 hours worth of support for example:
Year 1 would be £560.00 and if you use 10 hours that would leave you 10 hours that would roll over…
Year 2 would then be £280.00 and this would make it back up to 20 hours support available…
But if you go over the 20 hours you will be invoiced for the extra hours on a monthly base…
However you can have ongoing IT support on monthly pay scheme whereby I will invoice you for any hours use in that month and this will be sent to you on the 31st of each month and would be payable by the 20th of each month.
